- What does a ABA Behavior Technician - Early Intervention - In Clinic Services do?
- As a new ABA Behavior Technician at Arches ABA Therapy, you can expect an engaging and fulfilling daily routine focused on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis for children with Autism and ASD.
- Your day will typically run from Monday to Friday during daytime hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate client needs.
- Each session will involve implementing individualized treatment plans, tracking client progress, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
- You will be actively involved in creating a fun learning environment where empathy and support are paramount.
- Your daily routine centers on 1-on-1 direct therapy using positive reinforcement to help clients with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors.
