Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team at Always Keep Progressing. This role focuses on providing high-quality, in-home ABA services to children and families in the North Miami area.

As a BCBA at AKP, you will oversee and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions and meaningful outcomes for the clients you serve. You’ll lead treatment planning, conduct assessments, provide ongoing supervision, and collaborate closely with families and other disciplines such as Speech, OT, and Expressive Therapies to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification (Medicaid not required, this is a private insurance/ private pay role only) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA, including supervision of RBTs Experience delivering ABA services in home or community settings Strong communication, documentation, and family-training skills English required; Spanish strongly preferred Must be able to travel within the North Miami area What We’re Looking For: A clinician committed to high-quality, ethical ABA Someone who works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment A BCBA who is reliable, organized, and excited to help families make real progress
