About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team at Always Keep Progressing. This role focuses on providing high-quality, in-home ABA services to children and families in the North Miami area.

As a BCBA at AKP, you will oversee and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions and meaningful outcomes for the clients you serve. You’ll lead treatment planning, conduct assessments, provide ongoing supervision, and collaborate closely with families and other disciplines such as Speech, OT, and Expressive Therapies to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical quality, wants to work in a supportive and clinician-led environment, and is passionate about helping children make measurable progress. Requirements
