Position Overview The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure quality patient outcomes. This is a clinic-based role located in Katy, TX.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent and caregiver training Monitor patient progress and adjust programming as clinically appropriate Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and clinic leadership Ensure clinical quality and compliance with BACB and payer requirements
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active Texas licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care
