Responsible for providing leadership to teaching staff, implements activities to ensure achievement of curriculum, child outcomes and maintenance of National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation, compliance with state licensing requirements, local ordinances and Head Start Program Performance Standards.
