About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, nurturing, and dependable Preschool Teacher who is excited to inspire little learners through hands-on activities, meaningful connections, and a positive classroom environment where “Happy Happens Here!”

What You’ll Do

Create a safe, engaging, and welcoming classroom environment Implement our proprietary curriculum through hands-on learning and play Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow team members Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Ensure licensing and safety standards are always met Communicate daily with families about their child’s progress and experiences What We’re Looking For

Passion for working with young children Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Reliable, professional, and caring personality Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet state licensing requirements Ready to Join a Team That Feels Like Family?
