Job Description

Join our growing pediatric outpatient therapy team! We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the delivery of high-quality speech and language services to children in a dynamic clinic setting. Position Overview: The SLPA works under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with a variety of communication and feeding needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress Support children with speech, language, social communication, and feeding goals Prepare therapy materials and assist with clinic organization Collaborate with SLPs, families, and other team members to support patient outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic and payer requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program Current SLPA licensure (or eligibility) in Indiana ( must have 100 supervised clinical hours to apply for SPLA) Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
