Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will support the ministry of Athey Kids in various activities and responsibilities while interacting with staff, department leads, and congregational members.
Required Experience & Knowledge

Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events as needed Engage as part of a team with Athey Creek staff, always being edifying to one another Provide Athey Kids Director, Manager and Volunteer Coordinator with daily administrative support Responsible for managing multiple tasks, ensuring they are delivered on time and with excellence Collaborate with team members as necessary to ensure the successful outcome of tasks Prepare for meetings, take meeting minutes as needed and create presentations and spreadsheets Perform research and project management for a variety of strategic projects Assist with purchasing, expense/budget tracking and reimbursements Assist with the department’s calendar, email, phone line and administrative needs, including managing the appointments and scheduling meetings Manage and create coordinator and ministry assistant service schedules Maintain the volunteer connections ensuring that new volunteers are onboarded quickly and efficiently assisting the volunteer coordinator Assist with the creation, editing, printing, and distribution of curriculum, crafts and publications Assist with organizing Athey Kids events and services, as needed Assist with managing the Athey Kids social media and multimedia presentations Help purchase and sort equipment and supplies for multi-site campuses, as needed All other duties as assigned
