Currently filling ASSISTANT TEACHER positions in our Jordan YMCA Early Learning program. Under the guidance of the Lead Teacher, Assistant Teachers are responsible for directly supervising a group of children while engaging with them in a variety of activities throughout the day. Assistant Teachers support success in programs by interacting positively with parents, other staff, and young children to develop trusting relationships. Successfull team members also foster social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth in program participants by demonstrating the YMCA Core
