- Shift: Direct Patient CareThe Advanced Practice Provider in Hospital Medicine is responsible for providing direct care to a wide variety of inpatients. The Advanced Practice Provider works in collaboration with the pediatric hospitalists and other subspecialists as well as participating in organizational citizenship within the hospital to ensure high-quality care is provided. Duty Percent of Time Direct Inpatient clinical/patient care 70% Team Meetings & Committee Involvement 10% Organizational Citizenship 8% Education of APP students 5% Home-based call 2% Other duties as assigned 5%

- Education: Minimum of Master’s degree in Nursing sufficient to achieve Advanced Practice Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner (APRN or NP) designation OR Minimum of Master’s degree from accredited Physician Assistant program to achieve (PA-C) designation OR Minimum of Master’s degree in Nursing sufficient to achieve

The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient services for children (ages 0-21) and is the only inpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma.
