Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies QualificationsRequired Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities Preferred TRICARE certification CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) About The Treetop The Treetop provides compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy services for children ages 2–18 in home, clinic, and community settings.
