Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Naugatuck and Waterbury, Connecticut Location: Waterbury and Naugatuck Pay: $21 - $27/hour Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week) Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Position Overview Arc Light Behavioral Health Collective is a small BCBA-owned company seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in Naugatuck, CT.
- This role involves working one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, and supporting skill development under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- Essential Functions Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents in a home setting under the guidance of a BCBA Support behavior management strategies, ensuring consistency and adherence to treatment plans Supervise community outings and run objectives in real- world settings Assist in creating client materials to support intervention goals Provide parent training and collaborate with families to reinforce learning and progress Maintain accurate data collection and timely documentation of clinical services Work with clients who have a history of aggression and elopement (though rarely engage in it) and demonstrate confidence in managing challenging behaviors Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour - we believe in pay transparency Expected hours: 30+ hours per week or 20 hours per week
