Responsibilities

Provide supportive companionship and guidance during weekend activities Assist with community engagement and recreational outings Support independence, decision-making, and personal growth Use positive support strategies and encouraging communication Help build daily living, social, and coping skills through coaching and modeling Maintain documentation and communicate appropriately with the support team The ideal candidate may have experience in: Direct Support Professional (DSP) work Behavioral or emotional support Life coaching or mentoring Autism or intellectual/developmental disability support Education, psychology, human services, or caregiving Schedule Weekend hours available. Reliability and consistency are important.
