  • SLP FT Pay: $37 - $51 per hour, based on experience At Advanced Therapy Solutions, a part of Sevita, we believe in the power of communication to change lives.
  • We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing interdisciplinary team and support individuals of all ages in reaching meaningful milestones across clinic, community-based, and telehealth settings.
  • The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care that improves communication and overall quality of life.
  • Key Responsibilities: Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills across all populations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills in home and community settings Coordinate services across clinic, community-based, and telehealth platforms Manage caseload, scheduling, and ensure accurate billing practices Specialty & Program Areas: Support Feeding Services (High-Need Area) in collaboration with OT/SLP Assist with Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as part of interdisciplinary collaboration Participate in Community-Based Services (marketed as community services, not home health) across all disciplines Provide Telehealth Services across all disciplines

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Arizona state licensure/certification as an SLP One year of experience preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle (for community-based services) Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach
