Lead Our Infant Classroom With Heart and Purpose

We’re seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Lead Teacher to guide our Infant classroom (ages 6wks to 16 mths). If you’re passionate about early development, love supporting little ones as they build independence, and enjoy creating hands‑on learning experiences, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact every day.

What You’ll Do: Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities

Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment

Support daily care routines, including diapering, feeding, and smooth transitions

Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow staff

Observe, document, and communicate developmental progress and classroom behaviors

Model professionalism, positivity, and leadership within the classroom community

What We’re Looking For: Experience working with infants (6wks to 16 mths), preferably in a lead role

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset

Flexibility to work within the center’s 9: 00 AM–6:00 PM operating hours

Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus

Has or will obtain the 15‑hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification (free) before orientation day

Has or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification
