What You’ll Do As our Lead VPK Teacher, you will

Lead your own preschool classroom with confidence and creativity Implement our engaging L.E.A.P.® Curriculum Create hands-on lesson plans that make learning exciting Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain classroom organization and child assessments Build strong relationships with families through daily communication Ensure compliance with DCF health and safety standards Collaborate with Assistant Teachers to create a positive classroom environment Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and joyful learning atmosphere Why Teachers Love Working Here Benefits & Perks

Qualifications: We are looking for someone who has:

1+ years of preschool, childcare, or early childhood classroom experience preferred CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Florida DCF 45-hour training completed VPK Literacy Training completed CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong classroom management and communication skills A genuine passion for working with young children

Requirements

Candidates must meet all Florida state licensing requirements, including successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
