- This position starts in the morning and goes through the afternoon.

- Day Services Staff Responsibilities Direct Support Professionals in the day program work with the individuals in workplace setting and in the community.

- Position Qualifications Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED Be able to drive a company vehicle Minimum of least 21 years old Keep eligible to drive under the Chrysalis Driving Requirement Policy #LVN45
