Immediate Openings for Behavior Technicians

About Us At ABC Pathways, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism and other behavior disorders. Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family- centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

  • Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
  • Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals.
  • Reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.
  • Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to increase hours as opportunities arise.
  • This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills Highly dependable and organized A high school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields) Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check

Shift Schedule M,T,W,F 4-7pm, Thu 3: 30-6:30pm
