This role provides students with opportunities to explore academic, creative, recreational, and social experiences through enrichment activities such as STEAM, arts, sports, literacy, and hands-on learning. The Enrichment Leader fosters meaningful relationships with students and helps create an environment where children feel safe, known, encouraged, and inspired to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and personally. Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging daily enrichment activities that support student development and align with school goals, including areas such as academics, STEAM, arts, recreation, and social-emotional learning. Provide homework support and academic assistance to students as needed. Adapt activities and instruction to meet diverse student needs, learning styles, and interests. Supervise students during all program activities, transitions, snack times, and outdoor play while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment. Establish clear behavior expectations and promote positive interactions, respectful communication, and problem-solving skills. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff while communicating student needs or concerns appropriately. Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to support student growth and success. Prepare and maintain program materials, supplies, and activity spaces. Monitor attendance and ensure accurate student sign-in / sign-out procedures. Assist with additional program responsibilities as assigned.
