  • All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team serving families throughout the Raleigh-Durham area.

  • Your Work in Natural Environments In this role, you will provide speech and language services where children live, learn, and play.
  • You will: Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, social skills, and feeding when applicable Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, with group sessions as clinically appropriate Utilize play-based, functional, and engaging interventions Monitor progress and adjust strategies thoughtfully Maintain timely and compliant documentation Communicate consistently with caregivers and care teams Coordinate scheduling and continuity of care with the AAT administrative team You will have flexibility in structuring your caseload while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with families and leadership.
