• Training: Must be a born-again Christian. Must be a credible Christian role model whose godly lifestyle and character demonstrate obedience to God and the Holy Bible. Must be able to support and comply with the school’s Statement of Faith and Christian Conduct. Must be a member of an evangelical, Bible-believing church. Must have sufficient health and physical endurance to be able to complete the assigned responsibilities. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students. Must have good verbal,written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work well independently, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks. Should have previous coaching experience at middle school or higher level Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills. Self motivation, creativity, and the ability to deliver constructive criticism. Successful completion of NFHS “Fundamental of Coaching” and “First Aid, Health, & Safety for Coaches” courses First Aid/CPR Certificate. TB clearance within the last four years.
