Cherry Hills Christian School is seeking a Christ-centered, nurturing, and collaborative Preschool Teacher who will joyfully partner in our mission to prepare young learners to live fully for God. Key Responsibilities

· Create a joyful, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom that fosters spiritual growth, curiosity, and a love for learning · Implement CHC’s structured, research-supported preschool curriculum with fidelity, ensuring lessons are purposeful, engaging, and aligned with early learning standards and biblical worldview integration · Plan and deliver hands-on, play-based, and academically intentional lessons that support cognitive, language, motor, and social-emotional development · Observe, document, and assess student progress using developmentally appropriate tools to inform instruction and support individual learning needs · Maintain warm, consistent communication with parents, partnering with them in the academic, social-emotional, and spiritual development of their children · Work closely with teammates, assistants, and school leadership to support a unified, mission-aligned preschool program · Participate fully in school events, professional development, and discipleship opportunities · Uphold high standards of behavior guidance rooted in grace, consistency, and biblical principles · Model humility, hunger, people-smart awareness, positivity, and loyalty in all professional interactions · Contribute to the spiritual life of the school through prayer, chapel participation, and intentional discipleship of young children

· A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects biblical principles · A passion for discipling young children and supporting families in faith formation · Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field · Teaching certification through Colorado PDIS platform with a level of 2 or higher · Strong understanding of early childhood development and curriculum-based, play-integrated instruction · Experience weaving biblical truth into curriculum and classroom culture · A desire to be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team · Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues · Educational technology proficiency appropriate for early childhood settings · Growth mindset and eagerness to learn and improve professionally
