  • WOOD ACRES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CENTER 5800 Cromwell Drive, Bethesda, MD 20816 Company background: Bar-T was established in the 1960’s. Bar-T provides before and after school childcare throughout the Montgomery County area. Bar-T childcare centers are located in various public elementary schools, where we provide care to school age children in the mornings and afternoons. During the summer season, Bar-T provides day camp programs to kids throughout Montgomery and Frederick Counties. Who are we looking to hire?   • Applicants must be 19 years old
  • Applicants must possess their 90HR Certification *The 90 HR School Age Certification is provided by various high schools and colleges in Maryland. The certificate consists of two 45 HR programs: School Age Development and School Age Methods and Materials. If you completed a child development program during high school, you may qualify for a 90HR certificate or a 45 hour certificate.
  • Applicants must be able to transport themselves to and from all scheduled shifts Note: If you meet some, but not all of the School Age Teacher requirements, you may qualify for a Bar-T “Childcare Aide” position instead.   • Applicants must be fingerprinted and pass a background check (Bar-T will provide this documentation and instructions on how to complete the process, upon hire)
  • Applicants must agree and adhere to all Bar-T drug testing policies, as outlined in the employee handbook (Bar-T will provide this documentation upon hire)
