Requirements: What You’ll Do:
Under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist
Provide treatment per established care plans Collaborate with OTRs, families, and care teams Maintain accurate electronic documentation Educate staff and families on care programs
Qualifications
Active COTA license in the state of practice (new graduates encouraged to apply) Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
