Who We Are
- The Children's Guild is a nonprofit organization and affiliate of TranZed Alliance — one of the most experienced child-serving organizations in the Greater Baltimore/Washington region. Our OMHC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and families across multiple locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Our interdisciplinary team includes therapists, clinicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and school-based professionals — all united by a shared commitment to helping every child thrive. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career clinician to grow their skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. As a Therapist/Clinician, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy) under clinical supervision Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with COMAR, HIPAA, and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and school staff Engage families as active partners in the therapeutic process Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development Benefits: 11 or 12 months salaried positions with benefits and generous time off. Per Session option available. Clinical consultation groups and on-going free training with CEUs to meet requirements for licensure. Orientation and training modules before starting position with on-going mentoring and support. Provided with device and phone, while not being on-call. Individual and Group supervision towards advanced licensure for LMSWs and LGPCs. Bonus Structure*
