Job Description

We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Responsibilities

Work effectively with children Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports Implement behavior-based treatment plans Educate parents on classroom support techniques Ensure safety and quality care for clients Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources Maintain training materials and supplies Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources Job Type: Part-Time (15-20 Hours) Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible from 12pm-5pm Monday-Friday Work Location: In-Person / Client Home, Chesapeake, VA 23320

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred Experience with children and strong people skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly Strong communication skills (verbal & written) CPR/First Aid certification preferred Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided)
