• About the role Looking to make some extra money?
• HealthFitness is looking for Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at our client site located in Racine, Wisconsin (WI).
• Hours will be based on instructor's availability.
• Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
• Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
• Minimum Requirements Must be at least 15 years old.
• American Red Cross WSI certification.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Compensation

$18 - $22/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
