This role serves as a key partner in executing high-volume recruiting for open positions while providing administrative HR support to ensure a smooth and professional candidate and employee experience.
This position focuses heavily on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate coordination. In addition, the role provides administrative support across onboarding and HR processes. This role does not own HR strategy, compliance decisions, or employee relations matters, but plays an important execution role in supporting the Human Resources function.
This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, along with exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, communicate ACE Scholarships’ mission, vision, and values, and create a positive, people-centered experience throughout the hiring process.
- Primary Job Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Support Support full-cycle recruiting for open roles across the organization, with anticipated high-volume hiring phases.
- Post and maintain job postings across platforms and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to move candidates efficiently through the hiring pipeline.
- Support candidate tracking and applicant management systems.
- Candidate Experience & Hiring Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and responsive hiring experience.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, interview preparation, and communication.
- Assist in organizing hiring events, including open interview days, career fairs, and in-person interviews.
- Onboarding & New Hire Support Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure new hires are properly set up for their first day.
- Support a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
- HR Administrative Support Assist with HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, document organization, and HR system updates.
- Support compliance-related administrative work such as document tracking and file audits.
- Provide general HR support for projects, reporting, and process documentation as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Human Resources, hiring managers, and operational leaders to support hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the HR Coordinator and Director of Human Resources to ensure alignment on processes and priorities.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Prior experience in front-facing customer service, administration, recruiting support, or HR support preferred. Interest in human resources and/or recruiting as a career path. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR systems preferred. Location, Travel, and Reporting Part-time and project-based role, with no guaranteed scheduled hours. Flexibility of schedule provided. Eligible for overtime with pre-approval in accordance with company policy. Flexible schedule with some in-person requirements, including interviews, career fairs, and hiring events. Reports to the Director of Human Resources. FLSA Status Part-time, Non-Exempt
Compensation Hourly wage range
- $26.00 – $31.00 per hour, based on experience and alignment with internal pay bands. This role is eligible for overtime pay with pre-approval. In addition, this role is eligible for ACE’s benefits package (in accordance with part-time employee eligibility), which includes but is not limited to: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Free, Employer-paid Short-term, Long-term, and AD&D insurance 401(k) with 6% employer match with immediate vesting Monthly cellphone stipend Scholarships for employee’s children actively enrolled in a K–12 private school ($3,500 per child, up to $10,500 per year)
