- The Center for Disability Services is looking for an Physical Therapist to join our Summer School Program in Schenectady, NY!
- Program Dates: Summer Program: July 8th – August 21st Orientation Dates: July 7th & 8th Responsibilities: Provides quality physical therapy services Assesses current level of function Develops and implements an appropriate treatment plan Maintains complete and accurate clinical documentation Evaluates treatment outcomes and modifies treatment plans as needed Completes student evaluation as assigned, which include initial evaluations, reevaluations, and wheelchair evaluations Completes report cards and annual student reviews Supervises assigned Physical Therapy Assistants or student interns as needed Reviews and cosigns documentation completed by Physical Therapy Assistants and students as assigned Communicates with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, vendors, school districts and county service providers Maintains clinical and professional knowledge base Complies with Federal, State and local legal and professional
Requirements
