- Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based | Lebanon, NH | 3 Days per Week | 2026-27 School Year | $45–$60/hr Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based, pediatric position in Lebanon, New Hampshire and surrounding areas.

- Job Details – Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Lebanon, NH / NH Upper Valley Position Type: W2 Employee Contract Schedule: Flexible schedule / Part-Time / 3 Days Pay: $45–$60 per hour (based on experience) Setting: School-based / Public schools (K–12) Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities Provide school-based physical therapy to pediatric students (K–12) Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Write and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group sessions) Improve student mobility, strength, balance, and coordination Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, and teachers Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive technology Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Qualifications – Physical Therapist (PT) Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Work with Boothby Therapy Services?
