The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing intervention in the areas of articulation, language, and fluency. They will assess student needs, provide high quality speech and language therapy, and collaborate with both school personnel and families to provide services to students. Salary

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Assess and
- Treat: Conduct evaluations and Identify student needs in the areas of articulation, language, and fluency, and provide high-quality speech and language therapy.
Collaborate
- Work closely with teachers, school personnel, and families to develop and implement intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Support
- Growth: Offer consultation to parents and staff, serving as a resource on speech and language development.
- Monitor
- Progress: Administer screening and diagnostic tests, interpret results, and generate detailed reports to inform instructional strategies.
- Maintain
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation and intervention plans adhere to policies outlined by Catapult Learning, the funding source, and partner schools.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Current MA DESE Specialist Teacher Certification in Speech/Language/Hearing Disorders and MA license in Speech-Language Pathology Meet all state and federal guidelines in order to be fully licensed. Experience in a school setting is preferred. A passion for helping students achieve their communication goals and a belief that all children can learn. OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be flexible.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
