Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our program in Redding, CA.

Work in an enhanced behavioral support home or community crisis home supporting individuals moving out of institutional settings, including psych hospitals, developmental centers, and residential treatment facilities. Our BCBA's provide support to individuals who are dually diagnosed with an intellectual disability and mental health diagnosis in a residential setting.

Salary Range: $108,000- $115,000 per year plus incentives| Small Caseload | Flexible Schedule

Our BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis as assigned. They will conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings for developing the behavior support plan. Our BCBAs work within a multidisciplinary setting.
