Job description

  • Buscamos terapeutas bilingües (español/inglés) en Illinois Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Illinois.
  • This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.
  • Many of our partner school districts serve large Spanish-speaking communities, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care is significant.

  • You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.
  • What You Need Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time) Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available) Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $40—$50 USD
