Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements for Paraprofessionals: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a minimum of two (2) years of direct support experience, preferably within an educational or classroom-based setting. Education & Experience Requirements for Teacher Assistant: Associates degree in a related field or 60 college credits required. NJDOE substitute teacher’s certification required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of direct support experience, preferably within an educational or classroom-based setting.
