They look like a child in distress, a session that isn't going the way you planned, or a behavior that's asking you to dig deeper and stay present anyway. That's where our BTs and RBTs live, and it's where the real work happens.

Who can sit with a child in a hard place, stay regulated themselves, and keep communicating even when communication feels impossible. Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent A passion for helping children and families
• Interest in
• ABA (Applied
• Behavioral
• Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00
• PM to 8:00
• PM on weekdays and
• Weekends 9:00
