The Violence Prevention Instructor will deliver evidence-based violence prevention curricula to youth aged 12-18 in Hampden County, leveraging and forging new partnerships with schools and youth organizations. Additionally, the instructor will organize and conduct internal staff trainings across various YWCA programs on embedding violence prevention into policies and daily client interactions.
