The Residential Counselor works closely with the residential and clinical treatment team to ensure the resident program schedule and master treatment plan are executed. They assist nurses in the treatment and care of residents and engage with them in various therapeutic activities.
Interns will participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams and conduct bio-psychosocial assessments for adolescent patients. They will also facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups while assisting with discharge planning and community resource identification.
