Founded by Marissa Rose, The Well Studio is a corporate yoga & meditation studio offering executive holistic life coaching, corporate wellbeing retreats, and wellness talks globally. Marissa has led corporate wellness talks, yoga classes, and meditations for organizations such as The Philadelphia Eagles, Wayfair, The Autism Society of America, The AVEDA Institute, The Siegfried Group, and Girls on The Run. She's also coached leaders in organizations such as BCG, The Siegfried Group, the NFL, and Vanguard. Marissa has over 13 years of experience in the wellness industry and combines her Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching with her holistic approach to create a unique coaching and speaking offering. She graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Corporate Communications and her Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching at Concordia University with Dr. John Townsend. Her certifications include being a Certified Life Coach, a 3,000+ hour Yoga Instructor, and a Meditation Teacher. She's also taken mindfulness and wellbeing certificates through Yale University on The Science of Wellbeing and Thomas Jefferson University's MBSR (Mind Body Stress Reduction program) via world-renowned Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Jon Kabat-Zinn. As a Coach and Teacher, her mission is to equip and empower individuals to overcome negative beliefs, self doubt, and insecurity. In her work as a holistic coach, she leads one-on-one coaching sessions as well as a executive group coaching sessions. Marissa has coached over 300 individuals and has worked with clients across the U.S. and abroad, including California, Pennsylvania, New Zealand, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina, Michigan, and New York.
