For over 30 Years, we have worked to connect and support families throughout our region, from education and parenting resources to youth services and assistance with health insurance and care navigation. We help families in Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Tioga, and Tompkins counties to gain access to perinatal programs and family support services, get assistance to enroll in health insurance, receive counseling on how to use benefits, and for their teens to attend life skills classes to envision a positive future for themselves. Our PAL Center provides a safe, welcoming space for 300+ families and caregivers each year. Families can socialize, join activities, attend parenting classes, access a children's clothing closet, and connect with local resources. Our Family Support Services help strengthen home dynamics through tailored support and programs. We have three locations: Binghamton, Johnson City, and Whitney Point. Our Impact in FY2025 14,424 Individuals helped 8,000 secured health insurance $850,000 saved in medical expenses 528 women received program support 1,952 students participated in life skills classes Our mission is to improve pregnancy and birth outcomes and support the health and development of all individuals and families.
