Change Starts Here Located in Arkansas, Millcreek Behavioral Health has provided treatment for emotionally disturbed and developmentally disabled children and adolescents for nearly three decades. Privately licensed as a psychiatric residential treatment facility, Millcreek is also an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IID) and a special education school.
