We offer online therapy in Massachusetts (and soon to be Vermont) for adults who are navigating the perinatal period and adjustment to motherhood; trauma; adjustment to life stressors; depression; & anxiety. Our goal is for anyone we work with to feel accepted and empowered. We believe in building a therapeutic space that is safe, unbiased, person-centered and trauma-informed. We will work together to navigate internal and external struggles; identify and organize thoughts and feelings; develop functional ways to cope with things in life that are outside of control; identify patterns of behaviors; and learn how to manage things that feel unmanageable.
