Foresight Fitness is a full-service on-site community fitness provider. Class offerings include: Zumba, Zumba Gold, Yoga, Tai Chi, Strength & Balance, Tone Every Zone, Sit to be Fit, seated classes, Aqua Fitness classes, personal training and fitness attendants in your fitness center at your community. Our teams are made up of certified instructors and trainers who travel to communities to bring fitness access to everyone. You do not need a fitness center to participate! We regularly host sessions on pool decks, green spaces and multi-purpose rooms.
