Avenues to Independent Living was founded in 2001. It is our goal to assist and support people with varied disabilities to live a more independent life and participate in the community. We provide supported employment and self-determination services. Avenues to Independent Living is committed to community based, inclusive activities, both working and/or recreational, as well as supported living arrangements where people with disabilities are supported to be as independent and self-reliant as possible. Our Mission Avenues enriches the lives of individuals with disabilities by promoting social engagement, community living & employment, good health, and positive relationships. Our Vision We believe that everyone has the ability to dream, thrive, and make choices for themselves regarding their care and services. Avenues to Independent Living provides in-home and community Direct-Care supports, supported employment services, support coordination, community integration activities, and much more.
