Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center (ELNC) is a behavioral health organization dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related services to children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental and behavioral needs. With over 12 years of experience in ABA, ELNC’s leadership specializes in severe behavior intervention, functional assessment, and parent education, focusing on helping families build practical, sustainable strategies that improve everyday life. Our mission is to ensure early support, equitable access, and lifelong impact through high-quality, evidence-based care that meets families where they are. We emphasize collaboration between clinicians, caregivers, and community partners, empowering families to take an active role in their child’s progress. ELNC’s model blends clinical precision with compassion, integrating family training, early intervention, and community partnerships to produce meaningful outcomes. Looking ahead, we plan to expand into a multidisciplinary model that includes speech, occupational, and mental health services—along with a future 501(c)(3) nonprofit division supporting adolescents and adults through vocational and day programs. At its core, ELNC is building a community where care is accessible, culturally responsive, and built to last.
