Softball Coach

The coach will be responsible for conducting practices, developing player skills and strategies, providing performance feedback, and evaluating athletes through various methods. This role also involves coordinating game schedules, practices, and travel arrangements while promoting a positive learning environment.

Candidates should possess previous coaching experience and in-Depth knowledge of softball, along with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel is required, with cpr and first aid certification being preferred.
