Softball Coach

The coach will be responsible for conducting practices, developing player skills and strategies, providing performance feedback, and evaluating athletes. Duties also include coordinating game schedules, practices, and travel arrangements while promoting a positive learning environment.

Candidates should possess previous coaching experience and in-Depth knowledge of softball, along with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel, with cpr and first aid certification being preferred.
