The teacher will provide nurturing, responsive, and individualized care for infants and toddlers while creating a safe, warm, and stimulating environment that supports early development and secure attachments. Responsibilities also include planning and implementing age-appropriate, play-based experiences and partnering closely with families to support each child’s unique needs.
Candidates must possess the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units required by California Title 22 for Infant/Toddler Teachers, including any applicable specialized units. Applicants must also pass a criminal background check, have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification, and possess a calm, patient, and nurturing approach to early childhood development.
