Teacher

The teacher is responsible for overseeing the educational aspects of the head start classroom and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. They will also facilitate parent and community involvement in the program and collaborate with coordinators to meet performance standards.

Candidates must have an associate’s degree in early childhood development and pass background and health tests. Good communication skills and the ability to engage with children at their developmental level are also required.
