Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician provides direct 1

1 or group aba therapy and behavior support to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or intellectual or developmental disabilities. Essential duties include implementing behavior plans, collecting and reporting data, and maintaining daily communication with parents or guardians.

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's or master's degree in aba or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Candidates must obtain or already hold the registered behavior technician (Rbt) credential within 90 days of hire.
