Baseball Coach

The coach will be responsible for conducting practices, developing player skills and strategies, providing performance feedback, and evaluating athletes through various methods. Duties also include coordinating game schedules, practices, and travel arrangements while promoting a positive learning environment.

Candidates should possess in-Depth knowledge of baseball and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with previous coaching experience being preferred. The role requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel, and preferred qualifications include cpr and first aid certification.
