Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba, using evidence-Based techniques to teach skills and reduce interfering behaviors. This role requires significant physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications like cpr and first aid, ultimately obtaining registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
